Call for Posters

The Workshop offers an excellent opportunity for students/postdocs to present their research results in modeling and computation of biophysics and related fields.

Steps for Poster Submission

1. Submit Abstract

Submit the English abstract by July 15th, 2016. There is no word limit for the abstract, but make sure it fits on a single A4 page.

2. Review by Committee

The review committee will read carefully about each abstract and notify you with the review decision via email by July 17th, 2016.

Students whose abstract are accepted will be invited to present their research posters during the conference. 

3. Submit Poster

For accepted participants, design and submit your poster (e-version in a PDF file) by July 20th, 2016. Please print out your poster and bring it to the Conference on the presentation day. The size of the poster should be between 29.7 x 42.0cm (A3) to 121.9 x 91.4cm (3’ x 4’). 

Note:

1. Conference Registration is compulsory for submitting abstract and poster.

2. Students who withdraw an approved poster presentation should email the Conference staff at shanghai.compuchem@nyu.edu before July 20th, 2016.

3. Approved posters and abstracts will be printed out in the Conference brochure or presented on website. By submitting an abstract and a poster, the student agrees to give permission for the Conference to show his/her research in promotional materials (i.e. brochure and website).

学术成果海报展

本次会议诚邀学生通过海报展示其学术成果，并与专家们深入交流。

申请步骤：

1、通过下方提交英文摘要。截止日期：2016年7月15日。请将摘要内容控制在一页A4纸范围内。

2、评审委员会将仔细阅读每份摘要，并在7月17日前邮件回复是否采用。

一旦被采用，学生将被邀请在会议期间展示其学术成果，并与本次会议的专家、教授和参会者深入互动。

3、摘要被采用的学生请于7月20日前将设计好的海报（电子版、PDF格式）邮件发送至会议组委会，并自行携带纸质版在活动当天展示。海报的尺寸在A3（29.7 x 42.0cm）至91.4 x 121.9cm (3’ x 4’)之间。

注意事项：

1、提交摘要前请务必完成会议注册。

2、已被采用，因故无法参与会议期间展示的学生，请在7月20日前通过邮件发送至shanghai.compuchem@nyu.edu告知会议组委会的工作人员。

3、被采用的摘要和海报将被收录在会议手册里，或展示在会议网站上。如提交摘要和海报，即表示同意该成果用于会议宣传。
